#are there spells to make scars go away? i hope there are. i hope she never had to yank her sleeves down when one of her kids noticed the scar on their mommy’s arm and asked her what it was. i hope she never had to go into the bedroom and cry and ron never had to come and hold her and tell her she was so smart and beautiful and the best witch he’d ever known. i hope he never had to remind her that her kids will never go through that because it’s her worst fear.

#you don’t get to see the fear and anger and scarring then they go and do this and it’s all put out in the open, marked on her body #this was one of the most heartbreaking and well thought out additions to the movies ever #because no one ever talks about how the war is about hermione and her blood because the books are from harry’s pov #a physical representation on her #and emma did such a fucking good job#SUCH A GOOD JOB #i feel like the tragedy of the trio got breezed over sometimes#they watched their friends and mentors die and fought in a war over the blood pumping through their veins #they had their families in danger every minute but had to push all of that to the back of their brain and just keep going #because it was all on them #all of it #the future of their world was resting on their shoulders because they were the only living people who knew and who figured out how to destroy him
